Served on a bed of mixed salad leaves, mixed peppers, peppadew, Italian tomatoes, cucumber, pawpaw, strawberries, drizzled with balsamic reduction and olive oil.

Served with spinach, baby spinach, crispy bacon, feta, carrots & nuts. Drizzled with a balsamic & olive oil dressing.

Cold Steamed Vegetable Salad

The following veggies are steamed till al dente and served cold. Broccoli, mixed peppers, baby marrows, mushrooms, baby Corn, sugar snaps, cocktail onions, butternut & patty pans. Then coated in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, vegetable seasoning & parmesan cheese. Deep fried rice noodles are added.

Couscous served with butternut, dried apricots, saffron, tarragon, mint, flat-leaf parsley, cinnamon, salt & pepper.

Any salad-lovers dream. Salad leaves, baby spinach, red cabbage, celery, sprouts, carrots, cherry tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, avo & croutons. Served with a tasty vinaigrette dressing. Alternatively pasta can be added.
